Our Policy
At Ink N' Dye, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of however being a small business and due to a lot of no shows and last minute cancellations in the past I have had to make changes to my policy.
I do require a 35% charge of total service cost which covers cost of stock and time if you cancel.
I do understand things change or you may become ill or just need to reschedule due to change of circumstance.. I totally understand.
But as a small business owner I need to make sure I am not losing a lot of profit due to no shows, cancellations and not being able to fill the appointment.
I can reschedule your appointment within enough notice but unfortunately last minute cancellations and unable to fill your appointment will result in you losing your booking fee.
If for any reason I have to cancel due to an emergency or illness etc I will fully refund your booking fee and do my best to reschedule a time that will work for you.
The 35% Booking fee charge will be deducted off the total cost of service on the day.
